CROSS COUNTRY

The Geelong Athletics cross country season, commences on Sunday 6 May 2012, at Zillah Crawcour Reserve (bottom of Queens Park Bridge - Newtown side) at 1.15pm. Distances offered is a 3km or 6km. Draft programme on the Geelong Athletics website www.geelongathletics.org

The Geelong Little Athletics cross country season 
Registrations at 10.30am, walk the course 11 am and the first event commences at 11.15am. Cost $3 per athlete.

CONGRATULATIONS AND THANK YOU to the following athletes, who participated in the Cross Country Club Relay Championships at Barwon Valley Fun Park. Chilwell managed to field 4 teams.

Winning Team "The Girls Team" - Morgan Costelloe, Georgia Quick, Claudia Verstraten, Alex Mathisen.
Runners Up "The Boys Team" - Lachlan Burns, Jonathan Burns, Andon Saplamaev, Fergus Neal.
Third  - "The 'Mature Team" - Geoff McDonald, Bree McLennan, Jack Verstraten, Brett Coleman.
Fourth - "The Family Team" - Sharon Hockley, Tom Hockley-Samon, Peter Samon, Harry Hockley-Samon.
